Diamonds on the beach

From Jökulsárlón, the glacier lagoon by Vatnajökull the biggest glacier in Iceland and in Europe, the icebergs brake of the glacier, fall into the lagoon and float to sea.  There they melt and smash into pieces and wash up to the shore as “diamonds”.
